PreGel Base products are quintessential ingredients in powder form for the creation of customized specialty desserts, pastries and beverages. Our Gelato, Sorbetto & Ice Cream (GSI) Bases provide the necessary foundation to promote optimal consistency, creaminess, and texture in gelato, ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt and soft serve. Offering options for both Cold and Hot Process machines, our GSI Bases provide a neutral and subtle taste. The overall goal of our bases is to streamline production while maintaining the highest standards.

  • Dietetic Fruit Base (Water Base - Cold Process)
    A no-sucrose-added Cold Process Base for sorbetto that is sweetened with fructose. Perfect for making sorbetto for those who prefer not to consume sucrose. This Base works well with fresh fruit and/or fruit puree and can be topped with PreGel Wild Strawberry Light Arabeschi® (Wild Strawberries with Splenda® Sweetener).
